LOCAL PICK-UP
If you are able to pick up in person, we offer pick-up at our Los Angeles Studio, based in West Hollywood, CA. Pickups are only currently available Monday, Wednesday and, Friday 10–4pm or by appt. Once an order is ready for pick-up after selecting our Local Pick-Up option at check-out, you will be provided with directions. At the time of pick-up, please provide your order confirmation e-mail to our team to receive your items.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 2–3 days of receipt. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed with 2-Day Shipping will be shipped same day or if placed after 3pm EST, it will be processed and mailed the next business day. Order cancelations are allowed within one hour of order placement, otherwise all orders will remain in queue and shipped accordingly. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Please select the shipping option that best suits you during check-out. For alternate shipping options, please e-mail carts@mabergrove.shop and we will do our best to accommodate.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Items that are pre-orders will ship at the designated date on the product page. Delays past 1 month will be communicated to you. Should shipping addresses change during the time the pre-order is placed, please e-mail us at carts@mabergrove.shop and we will update your shipping address accordingly. For customers who purchase more than 1 item that includes a pre-order item, for U.S. Domestic customers we will split your order and ship items that are ready to fulfill immediately and hold the pre-order until fulfillment is ready. For International Customers, we will hold the entire shipment until the pre-order is ready, unless you would like to split the shipment based on what is ready for fulfillment, please note, you would be responsible for the additional shipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL. Shipping prices will be displayed at check-out according to your shipping country. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 4—8 days from the order date. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Mabergrove is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Signature Requirement and Insurance are not included in your order. You will need to contact carts@mabergrove.shop with your order number to receive a price quote for insurance, signature release or both. You will then be billed for the additional cost prior to shipment release.
You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered once they have been marked delivered to your specified delivery address. At this point, the goods become your responsibility and Mabergrove no longer has any responsibility for taking care of the goods from that point. Therefore, please make sure you are shipping to a safe and secure address.
